WGBR (Whole Grain Brown Rice) Milk Products
Produced by means of an all-natural, patented process, Axiom offers a choice of Rice Milks, including RiceLife® (powder or liquid without protein), and Oryza-Life™ (powder or liquid, including protein rich concentrate). During the proprietary patented non-chemical process, the starch portion of whole rice is separately cooked with natural enzymes. This produces a smooth milk-like beverage that constitutes the same nutritional value of whole milk, but without the fat.
The milk substitute opportunities range from baked goods, gluten-free products, vegan alternatives and beverages to lactose-free yogurts, cheese products, coffee creamers, ice cream and whipped cream.
