Axiom’s proprietary process breaks down the starches, resulting in extremely versatile and relatively healthy sweeteners, including various versions of Oryzose™ (brown rice syrup) and Mellose™ (honey syrup). Unique to Axiom, the final product consists of glucose, maltose and soluble complex carbohydrates, which delivers a steady supply of energy and avoids fluctuating blood-sugar levels.
